Do the monsters bite?

No, they're well trained... mostly!

Do you accept cash?

We encourage our visitors to buy their tickets on our website before the day to guaruntee their place, but we do accept cash at our on-site café.

Do you have toilets?

Yes, baby changeing and disabled toilets are available.

Do you have space to leave a pushchair?

We have limited space for pushchairs inside the venue as we want to get as many of you in as possible!! There is a large space at the entrance (outside) to leave them if required. Please note, whilst we provide this convenient space, we do not take responsibility for your belongings.

Can I bring my own drinks?

We are encouraging you to bring lunch for your children, as we know first hand how challenging and expensive it can be to feed them when you are out and about. We provide hot and cold drinks, snacks, savoury treats and plenty of cake from our on site bakery. All we ask is you do not bring your own hot drinks onto the premises.
